“Ashlie went over and beyond to keep a check on my itinerary and make sure everything from the flight to the hotel to making sure I was close and convenient to the convention location that I attended. I was surprised when I arrived at my hotel I arrived much earlier than check in time . The lady who checked me in to confirm the room immediately told me that you must be the man the travel agent called about. I told her you must be mistaken and she said no I am sure it’s you . She said your agent is on it! She called and got you a room with an early check in , so we have your room ready now for you. I was so grateful for this. Also all the nearby attractions and restaurants were so easy to get to. Ashlie did a great job of checking out the area and letting you know what is available. She also sent a reminder for me to download my boarding pass on my Delta app for the flight the night before I flew out. It was a great trip and a great place to stay.
